Heartwood is a fully licensed and Insured father and son residential construction company based in the Comox Valley.

Heartwood was founded in the Comox Valley by Tim Schwindt in 1982. We strive to build quality, high-performing homes and spaces. Tyler is the co-owner, site superintendent and our in-house artisan tile setter. Our strengths are the relationships we build with our clients and to this day maintain. We pride ourselves on our transparency and communication. Our attention to detail and design helps us achieve our client’s exact vision.
